Toasted Carrots and Peas

Ingredients

Baby carrots
Frozen peas
Bread Crumbs
Butter or margarine

Method

Wash and scrape baby carrots Add to boiling water just enough to cover them or cook in the microwave or steam. Cook until they reach your desired tenderness. Drain. While hot, roll them in margarine or butter as you prefer. Then roll them again in breadcrumbs. Arrange buttered, crumbed carrots on a greased baking dish or cookie sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 350F until golden brown in color.
